Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

All other items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of order placed for store credit only. 

If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.

Serve it Up Designs, LLC takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: 

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

However, if an item is processed incorrectly and it was Serve it Up Designs, LLC who made the error, reimbursement will be communicated between a Serve it Up Designs, LLC representative and the customer. This is handled on a case-by-case basis. 

As many of these items are gifts for children, please know that kids will be kids, and they can break, rip or damage gifts you buy for them. If this does happen, we will work with you to replace it at a reasonable price.
